Another panel discussion, “Role of AI in Sectorial Agile HR Practices,” explored the intersection of artificial intelligence and agile HR practices. Dr. Poonam Verma, Assistant Professor at ISBR, took on the role of moderator, guiding the conversation with her expertise. The panelists, Nitesh Kumar, a talent acquisition professional, Mr Mohan Kumar, consultant at Wipro Limited; and Ravikanth Yamarthy, CEO – Logistics Sector Skill Council, provided valuable insights as panelists into how AI is influencing and transforming human resource functions within specific sectors. 

The final panel discussion, focusing on “Generational Diversity,” was moderated by Mr. Aallan Ashish, HR Business Partner at Ellucian; Nimisha Chatterjee, HR Business Partner at Clean Harbors, India; Ramanujam MN, HR Director at Satchmo Holdings Ltd. and  Mr. Iqbal Singh, Head of L&D – Cafe Coffee Day, shared their perspectives as panelists. This discussion delved into the challenges and opportunities presented by a diverse workforce spanning different generations, emphasizing the importance of understanding and harnessing the strengths that each generation brings to the workplace. 

An additional feature that stood out was the inclusion of talks by accomplished women entrepreneurs, further enriching the conclave by providing diverse perspectives on HR in the dynamic world of business.
