The office of the Director General, Medical Education, and Training, Uttar Pradesh, has cancelled the seat allotment results that were previously announced on September 29. According to the official notice released by the authorities, a revised seat allotment result for the UP National-Eligibility-cum-Entrance-Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) stray vacancy round was announced on October 3 on the official website, upneet.gov.in. Candidates will require their application number and password to download the UP NEET stray vacancy round seat allotment list 2023.

The cancellation of the earlier seat allotment result comes after the discovery of certain errors, prompting the need for rectification. This decision was reached during the Counselling Board meeting held on October 3. Furthermore, all previously announced seat allocations for the stray vacancy round are now considered null and void. After the release of the revised result, the admission procedure for these students will be finalised at their respective colleges or nodal centers which is scheduled to take place from today, October 4 to October 6.

UP NEET UG Revised Seat Allotment Result 2023 for Stray Vacancy Round: how to check

Step 1: Visit the official website upneet.gov.in.

Step 2: Click on the Seat Allotment Result link on the homepage.

Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.

Step 4: Enter your login credentials, including your application number and password, and click the submit button.

Step 5: The revised seat allotment result will then be displayed on the screen.

Step 6: Download and save the result list for future reference.

In an official notice released by the DGME, UP, it is stated, “The result of U.P. NEET UG 2023 stray-vacancy round was declared on 29 September 2023, and the admission process was prevalent at the Medical College/Nodal Centre. The information about its postponement on October 2 was displayed on the website. After noticing certain errors, the above-declared allotment result is hereby cancelled as per the decision taken in the Counselling Board meeting on October 3.”

The registration process started on September 22, and concluded on September 24. Meanwhile, the online document verification took place from September 23 to September 25. For additional information, candidates can visit the official site of UP NEET official website, upneet.gov.in.
