Uncoupling of goods train delays train services on UP Neral-Vangani section

Commuters on the Central Railway line faced delays this morning due to an incident involving an uncoupled goods train on the UP Neral-Vangani section. The incident occurred at KM 84/1 around 7:54 am, leading to the temporary detention of local trains bound for CSMT/Kalyan behind the stalled goods train.
Central Railway PRO confirmed the incident and assured the public that efforts were underway to swiftly resolve the situation. The goods train, which had become uncoupled, was coupled back together shortly afterwards, allowing for the resumption of normal operations. Consequently, the railway section has been cleared and services resumed without further hindrance.
