The National Testing Agency (NTA) is planning to start answer key challenge for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC) NET 2023 today or tomorrow i.e. on 5 or 6 July. The announcement was made by UGC chief M Jagadesh Kumar on Twitter. The Chairman further announced that the final results of the UGC NET exams will be out in the second week of August.

Candidates who had appeared for the June exams will be able to check their UGC NET answer key on the official website i.e. ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

In a tweet, the Chairman wrote, “UGC-NET: NTA plans to start the answer key challenge on the 5th or 6th of July and aims to announce the final results in the second week of August.”

Here’s how to check UGC NET June answer key 2023

Go to ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

Click on the activated link of ‘UGC NET 2023 answer key’

Enter the required credentials and check answer key, question paper and responses.

Raise objections if any by paying the fees.

Once the answer key is released, candidates will be able to challenge the answer key after which the authorities will review the objections made and then the final answer key is released. In order to make the objections, candidates need to pay a specific fee.

The UGC NET June 2023 Phase – I exams were held from 13-17 June while Phase II were conducted from 19-22 June 2023.  

The exams were conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode and the question papers included multiple-choice questions
