The Odisha Fireman and Fireman Driver Result 2023 was issued by the Directorate General of Fire and Emergency Services, Odisha on December 14. Candidates who took the Odisha Fireman and Fireman Driver written examination can go to the official website of the Directorate General of Fire and Emergency Services at odishafshgscd.gov.in and check and download the result. The Fireman and Fireman Driver written examination was held on November 27.

Odisha Fireman and Fireman Driver Result 2023: How to download

Step 1: To download the result, candidates need to log in to the official website at odishafshgscd.gov.in.

Step 2: Under the Citizen Services section, click on “APPLICATION PORTAL FIREMAN/ FIREMAN DRIVER 2023” available on the homepage

Step 3: Candidates will be directed to a new window for further process

Step 4: Click on the link that reads, ‘Click here to view’ link and a PDF will be displayed on the screen

Step 5: Cross-check the candidates’ roll number provisionally short-listed to take part in the physical measurement and physical efficiency tests for Fireman and Fireman Driver.

Step 6: Then, download the results PDF and get its printout for further use.

The roll numbers of the selected candidates have not been listed in any order or rank where candidates have secured the same marks equal to the cut-off mark, all are bracketed together and asked to take the physical test to allow all of them to participate in the next round.

The shortlisted candidates will have to then partake in the physical measurement and physical efficiency tests. The tests are scheduled to be held at Odisha Fire & Disaster Institute in Naraj Cuttack from December 18, 2023.

“All the shortlisted candidates are required to attend verification of documents, physical measurement, and physical efficiency test to be held at Odisha Fire & Disaster Institute, Naraj Cuttack beginning from December 18, 2023. The exact date on which a candidate will attend the test will be indicated in the admit card,” read the official notification by the institute.

In addition to that, candidates will be told to show the original documents for verification of the certificate. The documents must be the same as those submitted while uploading the application. After the verification of the certificate, measurements will be taken, which will be followed by physical tests. In case a candidate is disqualified at any stage, he will not be asked to take subsequent tests.
