Famous police officer Neha Pachisia is presently serving as a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) at Bhopal Police Headquarters. Neha hails from Pachor in the Rajgarh district of Madhya Pradesh and comes from a humble background. Her father works as a teacher, and her mother is a homemaker.
Neha has consistently excelled in her academics. Following her high school graduation, she pursued a Diploma in Aviation. Subsequently, she embarked on a career as an air hostess for a few years, during which she even received job offers from overseas. However, Neha found her job unsatisfying, leading her to resign and shift her focus to preparing for the State Service Examination.

Neha Pachisia is often referred to as ‘Lady Singham’ due to her strong demeanour and resolute attitude. According to media reports, during her assignment in Guna Kotwali, she had confrontations with her superiors, leading to her transfer.

In 2020, in a viral video from Guna Kotwali in Madhya Pradesh, DSP Neha Pachisia was seen dancing to the tune of ‘Sandese Aate Hai,’ a song from the movie Border. Her police team also joined in the dance. Neha explained, “As we continue to battle against COVID-19, working long hours without breaks, I wanted to boost my team’s morale with a dance. We could all relate to the song… when our loved ones ask, ‘When will you come home?’”
