Mumbai: Ex-MLA’s son crashes car on Bandra-Worli sea link
An Ex-MLA’s son rammed his Lamborghini into a railing at Bandra-Worli Sea link on Saturday morning. The incident took place around 7.30 am, when Taksheel Mehta, 19, son of former Mira-Bhayander BJP MLA Narendra Mehta, took the car out for a spin.
“He took the sea link from Bandra and was driving towards South Mumbai. When he reached a turn, he lost control over the wheels and rammed into a railing,” said an official from the Worli police station. Mehta hurt his right wrist in the incident. He wasn’t found under influence of alcohol, but has been booked for rash driving.
