The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has initiated the application process for the State Service Preliminary Examination 2023. The examination will be held for students who aspire to secure government positions including Tehsildar, SDM, DSP, and Deputy Collector in Madhya Pradesh. Interested and eligible candidates can apply via the official website mppsc.mp.gov.in, with the application window open until October 21. Applicants can make changes to their application forms between September 25 and October 25. The MPPSC Preliminary examination is slated for December 17 and admit cards will be available starting from December 8.

Additional Assistant Development Commissioner: 17 positions

Excise Sub Inspector: 3 positions

Deputy Registrar: 2 positions

Chief Municipal Officer: 17 positions

Co-operative Inspector: 122 positions

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants are required to hold a Bachelor’s degree from a State or Central University with a minimum of 50% marks. Notably, candidates in the final year of their degree programs can also apply for the position.

Age Limit

Candidates must be at least 21 years old to apply for these posts. The maximum age limit is 40 years for both non-uniformed and uniformed posts. Detailed information regarding age relaxations for different categories can be found in the relevant section of the official notification.

Application Fees

Unreserved category candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs 500, while SC, ST, EWS, and PWD category candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 250. Fees can be submitted via online mode.

Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the preliminary examination and main examination.
