The results of the Classes 10 and 12 Board of Secondary Education were declared in Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday, April 24. According to reports, Falguni Pawar of Indore has brought laurels to the city by securing a position in the top 3. She is from a commerce background. As per reports, Falguni Pawar is a resident of Kulkarni Nagar, Indore. She grabbed third place in the list of toppers in the state by scoring 96.3 per cent marks in commerce in Class 12. After the results were out, not only the family members but the entire school was happy with this achievement of Falguni.

Meanwhile, in a media interaction, Falguni told Local18 that she followed a fixed schedule while studying, which has helped her achieve this score. Accordingly, she used to devote 5 to 6 hours every day to studying. Along with this, she also maintained a distance from mobile and social media. She now aspires to be an IAS officer. Her father works for a private company, while his mother is a housewife. Both are very happy with their daughter’s achievement.

This year, the pass percentage for Class 12 is 64.48 per cent. In 2023, the total pass rate was recorded as 55.28. In class 10, the overall pass percentage is 58.10 per cent. Last year, girls outperformed boys overall as they scored 58.75 per cent pass percentage, whereas boys got 52.00 per cent. A total of 7,29,426 candidates appeared for the Class 12 examinations, which included 3,53,989 females and 3,75,437 boys.

This year, the Class 12 exams were conducted from February 6 to March 20. The exam duration was three hours, which began at 9 a.m. and concluded at noon.
