The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has announced that the results of the 2nd Pre-University Certificate (PUC) exam would be released tomorrow, April 10. As per the announcement from the board, students who took the exam can check their results at karresults.nic.in starting at 11 am tomorrow.
The Karnataka PUC Result 2024 will be declared by officials during a press conference. The press conference will also include announcements on pass percentages, top performers, and other statistics.
The Karnataka Secondary PUC 2nd Exam was held in a single shift from 10.15 am to 1.30 pm on all days between March 1 and March 22. The exam was administered at 1,124 centres across the state, serving around 7 lakh students.

Step 1: Visit the KSEAB’s official website, karresults.nic.in.
Step 2: Once the result page has been activated, locate and click on the ‘Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2024’ link.
Step 3: When a new window appears, enter the KSEAB registration number and choose a stream (such as Science/Arts/Commerce). Then click ‘Submit’.
Step 4: A new screen displaying the Karnataka 2nd PUC result 2024 will appear.
Step 5: Review all of the information and download the Karnataka 2nd PUC result 2024.
Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2024: Passing Criteria
To pass the Karnataka 2nd PUC exam 2024, students must score at least 33 per cent marks. Candidates who barely miss this threshold may be promoted based on grace marks, which teachers are permitted to restrict to a maximum of 5 per cent. If a student requires three marks in three subjects, teachers can now make an exception and provide those marks from the grace marks kitty.
In 2023, up to 74.67 per cent of students who took the Karnataka 2nd PUC exam passed it. The pass rate was 80.25 per cent among girls and 69.05 per cent among boys. The Karnataka 2nd PUC theoretical exam took place from March 9 to 29, while the practical test was held from January 25 to February 10. More than 7 lakh candidates enrolled for the examination last year. Out of the 7.02 lakh students who appeared in the Karnataka PUC 2023 exam, as many as 5,24,209 students passed the exam.
