Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], April 13: Akshita Agrawal, a professional media buyer, has worked for a company where she handled advertising budgets for large companies like Ajio and Hindustan Unilever, and managing budgets of over 120 crores and was involved in conducting social media ad account audits for known brands like Swiggy, Bajaj Malls and Khelplay.

While working in her growing job, she realized the immense potential for digital transformation in business after understanding the high budgets and complex management of big agencies. She noticed a pattern of digital scaling and offline market change, which kept clicking with her repeatedly. She observed a pattern of how digitalization was changing the offline market and how small businesses could benefit from it.

However, she also saw how difficult it can be for small business owners to understand the importance of digitalization and how to implement it effectively. Many are being taken advantage of by unscrupulous individuals and agencies that charge exorbitant fees and provide little value in return. Akshita believes that this situation needs to change, and she has started an initiative to help small businesses navigate the complex world of digital marketing.

Akshita also realized that many small businesses were unaware of the importance of digitalization and didn’t have the resources to manage it. This made it difficult for small business owners to start their digital journey and scale their businesses, creating fear and hesitation. Akshita, understanding the need for digitalization, started an initiative to provide free resources and affordable services to small businesses, content creators and public profiles. Her aim was to solve all digitalization-related problems and provide hand-holding support to small businesses. She received approaches from different types of businesses from different locations in India and felt energized to do more. She established a target to provide affordable or almost free services to 1 million businesses, which she believes is the future of the industry.

She noticed that agencies handling small business owners did not have experience working on a high budget and did not understand the scale of the problem. They often miscommunicated, leading to small business owners fearing the outcome of digitalization. Akshita is starting frequent webinars to educate small business owners about digital marketing, and she also plans to collaborate with co-partners and industry experts to create an environment where everyone can benefit.

She hopes that this initiative will create an environment where small business owners no longer have to fear digitalization and can instead reap the benefits of a well-executed digital strategy. We encourage everyone to support Akshita’s initiative and help spread the word about the importance of digital transformation for small businesses in India. By working together, we can help these businesses thrive and create a brighter future for everyone.
