The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) is currently accepting online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post of Supervisor in the Social Welfare Department under Advt. JKSSB Supervisor posts 2023: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the Supervisor post should be a maximum of 43 years of age as of January 1, 2024, to be eligible. This means they must not be born before January 1, 1980, and after January 1, 2005. However, for candidates belonging to reserved categories, age relaxation is permissible.
JKSSB Supervisor posts 2023: Steps To Apply
Step 1: Visit the official portal of the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board at ssbjk.org.in.
Step 2: Click on the “Apply for Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2023 Dated: 08.12.2023 for District Cadre posts, belonging to Social Welfare Department” link available on the webpage.
Step 3: Register yourself and apply for the desired post
Step 4: Fill out the application form by providing personal information as directed
Step 5: Upload documents in the mentioned size and format
Step 6: Pay the prescribed fee and submit the form
Step 7: Save a copy of the same for future records.
JKSSB Supervisor posts 2023: Application Fee
Candidates falling under the Open Merit (OM), Residents of Backward Areas (RBA), Actual Line of Control (ALC)/IB, Other Social Castes (OSC), Pahari Speaking People (PSP), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) category will have to pay a fee of Rs 500 at the time of registration. However, for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and Person with Disabilities (PwD) categories the application fee is Rs 400.
JKSSB Supervisor posts 2023: Exam Pattern
Talking about the exam pattern, the examination will consist of objective-based multiple-choice questions. The questions will be set in English only. It is to be noted that there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
