New Delhi (India), February 5: Renowned filmmaker Gautam Sharma has recently initiated the shooting for an upcoming biographical film centered around the life of Shri Nand Lal Sharma, the retired Chairman and Managing Director of SJVN (Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam). The film, a collaborative effort between Gautam Entertainment and Jaypee Group of Companies, captures pivotal moments in Sharma’s life.

Today, in Chandigarh, a significant portion of the movie was filmed to coincide with Shri Nand Lal Sharma’s assumption of the new role as Chairman of the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC). The event witnessed the presence of several prominent personalities from Haryana, including members of SJVN, who actively participated in the swearing-in ceremony.

Jagat Gautam, Chairman of Gautam Entertainment, shared insights into the project, revealing that earlier scenes depicting Shri Nand Lal Sharma’s life had already been captured. The directorial responsibilities for this project lie with Jagat Gautam himself, with Mehmood Khan as the associate director, Jitendra Saini as the cameraman, and Diksu diman as part of the team. The script, a crucial element in bringing this compelling story to life, has been penned by the esteemed writer and director from Film City Mumbai, Ramesh Modi.

He added that the production team is planning to shoot additional scenes in Shri Nand Lal Sharma’s hometown.
