DSSSB Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be between the age cap of 18 to 32 years to be eligible for the aforementioned posts. However, the board has provided age relaxations for certain categories, such as Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD), and Ex-Servicemen.
DSSSB Recruitment 2024: Here’s How to Apply
Step 1: Candidates are required to go to the DSSSB’s official website, dsssb.delhi.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the link that says, ‘Apply online.’
Step 3: Upon clicking, candidates will be redirected to the application form.
Step 4: Fill out the form with the required academic and personal details.
Step 5: Upload the documents in the mentioned format and pay the application fee.
Step 6: Cross-check all the details and hit the submit button.
Step 7: Save a copy of the application and take the print for future use.
DSSSB Recruitment 2024: Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay Rs 100 as an application fee to register for DSSSB recruitment 2024. However, women candidates and applicants belonging to reserved categories such as Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from paying the application fees.
DSSSB Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
Talking about the selection process, candidates will be selected based on marks scored in the written exam. The board will solely recruit based on merit while interviews and typing tests will be held for some vacancies in the DSSSB recruitment drive in 2024.
“If a candidate successfully submits his/her application, it will only be considered on ‘Provisional’ basis. Candidates should take printout of the online application form for their own records,” reads the official notification.
The board further mentioned that once the application form is submitted, any request for change or correction in any particulars of the form including change of category will not be entertained. Also, candidates must attentively fill their correct and active email ID and mobile number in their online application forms.
