The National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to announce the results of CUET UG Result 2023 in July. Once the results are out, students can check their results on the official website of CUET i.e. cuet.samarth.ac.in.

The CUET UG 2023 exams concluded on 23 June. The results are expected within 15 days from the date of completion of the exams.

“According to the original schedule, the results were expected around June 20, which will now probably be announced around the first week of July,” a senior official said.

Prior to the final answer key or the result, the NTA will release the provisional answer key. After the provisional answer key is out, candidates will also be given limited time to raise objections against it.

More than 14 lakh applications were received for the CUET-UG this year, registering a 41-per cent increase from its debut edition last year.

CUET is the common gateway for undergraduate admissions to all central universities. It is the second-largest entrance exam in the country in terms of the number of applicants. In its first edition, 12.5 lakh students had registered for the exam and 9.9 lakh had submitted their applications.

Meanwhile, Officials told PTI that more than four lakh students have applied for admission into BR Ambedkar University’s 18 undergraduate programmes through the CUET for the 2023-24 academic session. The university has 1,123 undergraduate seats.

Vice-Chancellor Anu Singh Lather said during a press conference, “BR Ambedkar University has received 4,72,357 (4.72 lakh) applications through CUET-UG for admission into undergraduate programmes…”

On 14 June, Delhi university too started the admission process for 78 undergraduate programmes for the academic year 2023-24 by launching a portal for registration. The university offers 78 undergraduate programmes and 198 B.A. programme combinations through its 68 colleges, Vice Chancellor Singh announced. There are close to 71,000 seats offered in the colleges. About 1,550 unique programmes and other college combinations are offered by the University of Delhi. The classes for the upcoming academic session are likely to start on August 16, DU Vice Chancellor Yogesh Singh announced. The registration fees are 250/- for UR, OBC-NCL and EWS candidates, while it is 100 for SC/ST/ and PwBD candidates.
