BCCI announces India’s World Cup squad
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced India’s World Cup squad. The World Cup of Indian cricket team includes: Rohit Sharma (captain), Hardik Pandya (vice-captain), Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul, Ravindra Jadeja, Shardul Thakur, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, Kuldeep Yadav, Mohammed Shami, Axar Patel, Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav.
India pick seven batters, four bowlers and four all-rounders for ODI World Cup. Both KL Rahul and Ishan Kishan named in India’s 15-man squad for ODI World Cup.
