An evening of music and meditation with Viksit Bharat Ambassador enlightens Mumbai.

Prominent figures assemble in Mumbai to promise their support for the country’s development guided by spiritual master Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

Mumbai experienced a peaceful fusion of music and meditation on April 12, 2024, when Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar officiated an occasion honouring Viksit Bharat Ambassadorship. More than 25,000 people, including prominent individuals like Sonu Nigam and Rupali Ganguly, gathered to swear loyalty to the development plan of Viksit Bharat.

Organised under the auspices of the Viksit Bharat Ambassador Programme, this was the 28th reunion with the Art of Living. With the highly regarded Indian spiritual leader and guru Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in attendance, the evening was full with spirituality and the attendees made a commitment to be proud Viksit Bharat Ambassadors.

They pledged to make a meaningful contribution to the country’s development and to ardently support programmes that advance the development goals of the country. Pledges included allegiance to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Panch Praans, support of women-led development, adoption and promotion of Digital India, vocalisation of local issues, proudly carrying culture and traditions wherever they go, promotion of Incredible India, allying with the law, and disseminating positive news about India.

Piyush Goyal, the Union Minister, also spoke at the event about Viksit Bharat and stressed the value of teamwork in accomplishing national development objectives. The VBA Programme was introduced to the guests by Shri Hitesh Jain, Managing Partner at Parinam Law Associates and Director of Bluekraft Digital Foundation. He emphasised the program’s importance in promoting positive change in a variety of sectors.

As the programme came to an end, participants were motivated and prepared to advance the ideals of Viksit Bharat in their own fields, in line with Hon. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s development goal.
