Ingredients

25 ml Malfy Con Limone

20 ml Clementine Juice

15 ml Simple Syrup

20 ml Lemon Juice

75ml ml Perrier – Jouet NV Brut

Method

Shake the first four ingredients and double strain in a flute, top with champagne

Garnish: Lemon Twist and Star Anise

Method: Shake the first three ingredients and pour into a collins glass filled with ice. Top with seltzer/ soda. Garnish(Can use grapefruit soda as well for an extra citrus punch.

The Pinklet

Ingredients:

50ml Beefeater Pink Strawberry

20ml Fresh lime juice

10ml Sugar

METHOD: Shaken, served straight.

Method

Method

● Pour ingredients into a cup.

● 50ml Don Julio Blanco

● 20ml Monin Grapefruit syrup

Directions:

● Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker (except soda)

● Fill completely with ice and shake

Ingredients

30ML JAMESON BLACK BARREL

30 ML OF RED VERMOUTH

30 ML OF BITTER APERITIF

Method

To begin with, just pour the Jameson Black Barrel and the other ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.

After mixing the ingredients in the mixing glass, serve in a cocktail glass.

Finally, garnish your Boulevardier with lemon zest.

THE BEASTIE FLOAT – Ardbeg Islay Single Malt

Ingredients

45 ml Wee Beastie

15 ml Lemon Juice

30 ml Pineapple juice

15 ml Turmeric & Cumin Syrup

1 egg white

60 ml Olipop Ginger lemon Soda Olipop Ginger Lemon

Method

Shake all liquid ingredients (EXCEPT SODA) before adding ice, then shake for dilution with ice. Fine strain into Collins glass that has been rinsed with Absinthe & light ice (3-4 good cubes), then fill with soda.

Garnish with 3 drops Peychaud’s bitters

Moët Ring Master

Ingredients

2 ½ oz. Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut

1 oz. Apple Juice

½ oz. Hennessy VSOP Cognac

½ oz. Agave Nectar

½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

Orange, Lemon, & Lime Garnishes

Method

Add all ingredients (except Moët) to the mixing glass. Add large ice, shake vigorously, add Moët Imperial. Tumble roll back and forth one time to mix in the champagne, and double strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Garnish with three different size rings of Orange, Lemon and Lime perched inside each other on the edge of the glass.

Joie d’Hiver by the Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar

In this “winter joy” champagne cocktail, an exclusive recipe from the Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar at Harrods Knightsbridge in London, seasonal spices are enhanced by cherry brandy and orange liqueur.

Ingredients

● 90ml Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut

● 7.5ml cherry brandy

● 12.5ml orange liqueur

● 22.5ml mulled spice liqueur

● 10ml lemon juice

● Garnish: redcurrant stems and sprigs of lemon thyme

Method

Mix all ingredients (except champagne) over ice to chill. Strain into a champagne glass and top up with Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut. Garnish with a small stem of redcurrants and a sprig of lemon thyme.

● 10ml Sugar Syrup

● 25ml London Dry Gin

● 75ml Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial

Method

● Shake the lemon juice, syrup and gin together in a shaker and strain into a highball glass.

● Top with the champagne and garnish with lemon zest or a slice of lemon, and serve with a smile.

Add 50ml for The Famous Grouse

Add 15 ml Lemon Juice

Add 15 ml Honey syrup (1:1 honey & water)

2 dashes for Angostura bitters

● 40 ml Hennessy Very Special

Method

1. Pour the Hennessy cognac into a highball glass.

2. Add ice cubes to fill the glass.

● 40 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P

● 5 ml Simple Syrup (1:1, sugar and water combined over heat)

Method

● Add a splash of water and the syrup.
